Our Sports Mind Unleashed program first works on building an athlete's awareness and concentration. This provides a foundation to increase their overall skill and performance, and important competition factors such as reaction time and explosiveness.
We then use visualization techniques, biofeeback and energy boosting to refine their core skills further. The second stage of exercises is designed to compliment their increased awareness and lift them to new levels of performance.
From coaching and training to practice and rest, players approach these from a new perspective, allowing them to increase the benefits of their work and the coaching around them.
Dedicated to results, we spend a lot of time on thinking about how the program can be designed so athletes can enjoy the exercises. Even if they are challenging.
