Business Programs

PPE Sports offers two programs for businesses. Each is tailored to provide the benefits of meditation.


One-Day Seminar

The one day session is a three to five hour seminar in which people learn the foundations of meditation and practice different versions of mindfulness meditation. People are also provided with written materials for the day and a proposed schedule for developing their practice.


Five-Week Program

The five week program is a more comprehensive introduction to mindfulness-based meditation and its foundations. The program builds each week, providing people with more practice and theoretical background on how meditation can be weaved into work. This program can be customized to provides weekly or bi-weekly meetings in which practice and theory are both included.

Individual one-on-one coaching is optional to compliment the core five-week program.
