Program Overview

Overview. Our program provides athletes with unique mental training exercises to boost their performance. Over five weeks, athletes practice new techniques and work one-on-one with our team to customize the schedule for different sports and positions.

 

PPE Sports uses five mental performance training techniques: awareness meditation, visualization styles, energy boosting and biofeedback. We tailor these elements and weaving them into a progressive schedule that elevates in difficulty as athletes get comfortable with the exercises.

 

We aim to help athletes improve their performance by 5 – 15% over the five weeks of the program. This provides a strong foundation; by continuing to utilize the techniques, players are later able to boost their performance more in-season or in coming seasons.


Sports are 90% mental, yet this still remains an area of untapped potential. We believe it is because teams and athletes have had a difficult time finding programs that are concise and provide consist results. That is why we have focused on this area and created programs that generate consist lifts in athletes play.


Until recently, this had been an area where athletes received the least training. Techniques were often assigned without detailed explanations or a progressive schedule and either had little impact or were abandoned.


Newer performance techniques provide athletes a flexible and structured schedule to work with. Performance enhancement programs continue to evolve as individuals and teams integrate them into their training.
