Program Schedule

Our PPE program has been designed to mesh easily into people’s existing training and playing schedules. Below is the general timing involved in the program.


       -  PPE is a five-week program

       -  It requires approximately thirty to sixty minutes per week for the core techniques


The program can be extended and customized for players to refine their practice with the techniques. The program can be done in-person, remotely or a combination of the two.


SAMPLE SCHEDULE 

Below is a shortened schedule of the activities during the first three weeks of the program. It does not include the yoga elements.
