Robert Hartt - Founder

PPE Sports was formed by Robert Hartt in 2003. He started focusing on the field of athletic peak performance to help athletes and teams to reach their full potential. Sports Mind Unleashed (SMU) was developed through the combination of mental performance training techniques and by continually researching the sciences behind the exercises.

Robert has worked with both professional and amateur athletes. Since its inception, the program has been run with groups including Concordia University, the Toronto Roadrunners (former farm team of the Edmonton Oilers), Tennis Canada and University of Toronto.

Robert has taught meditation techniques for the past ten years, is a certified massage therapist and an affiliate member of the Association for Applied Sports Psychology.

In Business, Robert has worked in management and marketing consulting for fifteen years. Over that time, he has had the opportunity to support Fortune 1000 companies across North America.
